Client charter
Before creating a company and after much thought, I decided to jot down a few keywords that would remain etched in my memory and help me through good and bad times to overcome my trials and tribulations, or to enjoy the tremendous results throughout this amazing big adventure... These are the words I came up with: entrepreneur, well-being, dream and client.
For each of these words, I wanted to compile my own dictionary (you won't find it in the shops!...) along with my own definitions. These are they:
ENTREPRENEUR:
- He who dares,
- wants,
- innovates,
- convinces,
- seduces,
- perseveres and...
- continues.
WELL-BEING
The feeling experienced by the entrepreneur.
DREAM
The entrepreneur's dream is to achieve the well-being of all the employees in the company.
Client
The letters that go to make up this word form the initials of some important words defining our client "management" strategy:The client gives us commissions, which allow us to keep our production plant in operation.
This concerns the Production sector
The client is totally at liberty to turn to the competition, especially if he has experienced one or two problems with us regarding sales, logistics, production, etc.. We must therefore make each of our employees fully aware of that fact.
This concerns the Training-Communication sector.
The client agrees to offer the consumer guarantees providing the products he offers him are irreproachable. But he will not shoulder responsibilities in the event of quality problems... Our products must therefore be perfect.
This concerns the Quality sector.
A client satisfied with our products and services will advertise the fact and we may be called upon again; either to sell him more products, or to call on some of his colleagues and offer them our services.
This concerns the Sales sector.
The client demands new products that will inject dynamism into their shelves.
This concerns the R&D sector.
It's the client who pays, so long as he's happy... It's the client therefore who will enable the company to continue to pursue its activities.
This concerns the Accounts-Management department.
That one word therefore encompasses every notion and as a result all departments are affected!
In order to survive, the company has just one goal: client satisfaction. Attaining that goal requires the involvement of everyone, in every department. If we achieve that, we will have achieved:
- our mission as entrepreneurs,
- our desire for well-being with the notion of a good job well done,
- our desire to satisfy our client.
Finally, the entrepreneur will have fulfilled his dream.
We will get there thanks to everyone's involvement.
