01- « Where can people buy Brio'Gel products? »

In the "bakery" sections of large and medium supermarkets, but also at at craft bakeries. Our products are not sold under our own brand, but under our clients' brands.

We export to England, Spain and Norway.

02 - « Do your products contain GMOs? »

Brio'Gel carefully selects its ingredients and uses no raw materials containing Genetically Modified Organisms.

03 - « Are there any allergen risks within your products ? »

Generally speaking, the consumer is informed of any allergens likely to be present in our products, even in the slightest traces. All you need do is look on the packet's label.

04 - « Do you manufacture organic products ? »

Yes. We have a range of organic products, which we have been able to develop for some of our clients. We are "ECOCERT" certified.

05 - What is the shelf life of your products ?

Between 3 months and 1 year, depending on the product.

06 - How do you ship your products nationwide and for export ?

In France, we use lorries refrigerated to -18 degrees Celsius.
For shipments abroad, we used refrigerated lorries and/or boats.

07 - What basis do you use to determine your logistics obligations for shipping abroad ?

We develop a contract based on incoterms decided upon between the buyer and seller enabling us to establish obligations, responsibilities, costs on each side.
