FROZEN BREAD DOUGH AND BRIOCHE SPECIALIST BRIO’GEL PREPARES FOR THE FUTURE

Montaigu-based company Brio’Gel has opened a new production plant in the La Châtaigneraie area.
The factory is at the peak of the Bourg-Bâtard area in La Tardière in the heart of the La Châtaigneraie region. It looks great and can be spotted from miles around. It represents an investment of €3.5 million, covers 2500m2 of space and can store 500 palettes. “We’ve transferred all our frozen brioche production over here.
